Characteristics

Satin to brilliant. Mirror-bright finish attainable with proper allow selection and high original finish quality of parts.

Silicon-free aluminum and aluminum alloys.

Alloys containing appreciable amounts of silicon do not brighten as well as those that are silicon-free.

Non-toxic and non-flammable. No chromium compounds or halogens. Does not crystallize upon cooling.

Semi-sludging, Long life.

Brilliant finish. Satin to mirror-bright, depending on polish time and temperature.

Copper and copper alloys (guilding metal, commerical bronze, silicon bronze, red brass, cartridge brass, spinning brass, yellow brass, Muntz metal, phosphorus bronze, Monel alloy, and electrolytically-deposited coatings of copper, among others).

Leaded brass and silicon bronze may be polished with 200, but are limited to lower finish brightness potential.

300 Series Austenitic Stainless Steel. Brightens, deburrs, and levels simultaneously. Stock removal controllable to .0001 of an inch.

400 Series Martensitic Stainless Steel, as well as 300 Series Stainless Steel and like alloys. May be used as a true multi-purpose polishing solution.

Alloys containing appreciable amounts of nickel, zinc, copper, and other metal polish very well with 400 multi-purpose solution.

Non-toxic and non-flammable. No chromium compounds or halogens. Does not crystallize upon cooling.

Semi-sludging, Long life.
